Refund Policy
At Virtual Address Melbourne, we strive to offer the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that at times, clients may request refunds or cancellations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions concerning refunds for our services.
Cancellation of Services
Either party may cancel the services by providing 30 days' notice from the renewal date. If the client cancels the service before the renewal date, there will be no refund for the remaining period.
Termination Due to Misconduct
If Virtual Address Melbourne believes that the client is engaged in illegal, immoral, or unethical actions, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately without notice and will not provide any refunds.
Annual Subscription Fee
Virtual Address Melbourne will not offer refunds for the annual subscription fee. If the client decides to cancel the subscription before the renewal date, there will be no refund for the remaining period.
Mail Forwarding and Parcel Storage Fees
Clients must pay for mail forwarding services and are responsible for any and all fees associated with mail forwarding or additional mail handling requests. The client agrees to be liable for all content being forwarded to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Parcel storage is free for up to two weeks. If the parcel is stored for more than two weeks, a fee of $5.00 applies for each week (or part thereof) for each package stored. There will be no refund for mail forwarding or parcel storage fees once the service has been provided.
Dispute Resolution
If the client believes an error has occurred on the invoice, they have to notify Virtual Address Melbourne within 14 days. If the matter cannot be resolved, it may be escalated for resolution. If we find an error on the invoice, we will refund the appropriate amount.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Virtual Address Melbourne has the right to make changes to these terms and conditions to cater to the changing business needs. All members affected by any changes will be given three months' notice.
